The sensational Black Sherif has been projected to win the Best International Flow award at the BET Hip-hop Awards 2023.
Ghanaians home and in the diaspora were on the view that, surely the KTT global hit maker was going to bring the award home. Looking at the category and the nominees especially how hard he worked in the year under review.
When it comes to The Best International flow, there’s was doubt about the projection. Three of his competitors were Africans, Aka and K.O from South Africa and Sampa The Great from Zimbabwe and other nominees Gazo (France), Central Cee (UK), J Hus (UK), Major Rd (Brazil), Ninho (France) and Tasha & Tracie (Brazil).

This comes as pre-recorded snippets that leaked online suggested that the ‘Kwaku The Traveler’ was on stage in the US to pick up the award.
This leaked amateur video was from the show’s taping from the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre in Atlanta, Georgia.
We say ayeeko and congratulation to Black Sherif for raising the flag of Ghana high.
