At the wake of the early days of the new year, the able minister of Trade and Industry , Hon Alan Kwadwo Kyeremanten tender in his resignation from the ministry. After the president accepting his plea, he thanked the good people of Ghana both home and abroad, his party, the NPP fraternity for their support for him through out his service to the country ,he wrote on his facebook.
The resignation will take effect from 16th January,

Even though some Ghanaians are of the opinion that, his decision is based of his presidential ambitions, he also added , at the right time he shall address the nation.

It seem the baton has been handed over to the Minister Of Food and Agriculture, Hon Dr. Owusu Afriye Akoto. He also tend in his resignation on Tuesday 10th 2023.

For him we can’t say much but to keep calm and wait for this reasons. Many are asking if this is the right time for our ministers to put in their resignations looking at the current economic challenges?
With the pressure on the Finance Ministry, is it right for that sector to carry another burden on their loads? The finance minister Hon. Ken Ofori Atta is now in charge of the Trade and Industry ministry though.
